Esports Heroes 0.5.0 - No more Resets and OG Heroes customization!
In ESH 0.5.0, you can now see your very own OG Hero and create your very own characters to enjoy the game. There is also some major balancing to better match the pace intended. We would like to thank you for your continuous feedback that allows us to improve and make the best game possible.
New Features
No more resets
Progress will no longer be reset, anything you win now will stay permanently in the game.
Character Creation
You can now create characters with the name, class and gender of your choice. These characters will not benefit from any of the OG Heroes perks.
The limit of free characters than can be created is now 10.
You will also get to discover our new character story intro video when you create a new character!
OG Heroes Characters
When OG Heroes characters are imported into the game, they will now have their correct customizations as shown on the OG Heroes portal. When importing an OG Heroes Champion, you will now only import a character of the class you bought. OG Heroes will still have randomized names, but fear not, if you open a ticket on discord we will be able to rename it to the name you want for FREE!
Shop
A Shop has now been added where you can find some cash packs and a very interesting starter pack, more to come in the future!
New Skill Icons
We have added all the new skill icons for all the skills. These should fit more to the skills than the previous placeholders. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do!
Game localization
You can now play and enjoy the game in German if you wish to!
Social Login Update
We unfortunately are still facing issues with Social Login options on iOS so they are still only able to access the game as a guest for now, we are working on adding them as soon as possible.
System Updates
- Gear will now drop at your character level and no longer at the lowest character level of your team
- Match victories will now also reward a Cash reward
- Gear power and gear slots upgrades have been adjusted to better match with the stage difficulty
- Character experience needed for each level has been adjusted
- Skill slot upgrades have also been adjusted
- Opponents difficulty has been rebalanced to better match the other adjustements
Bug Fixes
- Passive Skills will now properly be given even if your inventory is full
- Duplicate join requests have now been removed
